Thank you for considering adopting one of our kitties! The following information is requested so we can assist you in the selection of a new kitty family member. This completed application and a consultation with us is designed to help match you with the best kitty for you, your family, and your lifestyle.

To be considered for adoption, you must:

  • Be 25 years of age or older
  • Show identification with your present address
  • Have the knowledge & consent of all adults living in your household
  • Be willing to allow a representative of Lucky Kitty Crew to visit your home as part of the adoption process
  • Be willing & able to spend the time & money necessary to provide the proper care & medical treatment of a kitty
  • Understand that you are entering into a long-term commitment. Kitties can live to be 15-20 years of age!!!
